What is the referral fee?
If your referral results in a successful deal through our partner agencies:
- You’ll earn 50% of the net commission AgentLink receives
- Payment is made within 7 days of us receiving the commission
Legal stuff & terms
1) Quick Rules
- Your lead must be genuine, exclusive, and not already working with our agents
- You cannot refer yourself or your close relatives (e.g. spouse, sibling, parent, or child)
- We’ll notify you once your referral is accepted and being handled
- Payouts are only made after the deal is closed and our commission is received
- We reserve the right to decline or disqualify ineligible or duplicate referrals
2) Disclaimer
AgentLink is not a real estate brokerage.
We do not market, negotiate, sell, or rent real estate properties on behalf of clients. AgentLink operates as a technology platform that connects property buyers, sellers, and referrers with licensed real estate agencies in the UAE.
Our referral program is open to individuals, companies, and professionals who wish to introduce genuine property leads (buyers or sellers) to our platform. All such leads are passed on exclusively to our vetted and RERA-licensed partner agencies.
Referrers are not permitted to:
- Market or advertise properties via AgentLink,
- Represent themselves as brokers or agents,
- Engage in negotiation or communication on behalf of buyers or sellers.
All brokerage activities are handled solely by our licensed partner agencies in accordance with Dubai Land Department and RERA regulations.
Referral incentives are paid as marketing rewards, only after a successful transaction has been closed by a licensed agency and verified by AgentLink.
By participating, referrers agree to these terms and acknowledge they are not conducting regulated real estate activity within the UAE.
3) Terms
3.1 Platform Role
AgentLink is a digital platform that connects users with real estate agents and agencies. AgentLink is not licensed as a real estate brokerage and does not participate in the marketing, sale, rental, or negotiation of property transactions. All real estate activities are conducted exclusively by licensed brokerages and agents regulated by the Dubai Land Department (DLD) and the Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA).
3.2 Nature of Referrals
The Referral Program allows individuals, companies, or third-party introducers (collectively “Referrers”) to submit details of prospective property buyers or sellers (“Leads”) to AgentLink. AgentLink may, at its sole discretion, refer these Leads to verified, RERA-licensed partner agencies.
3.3 Referrer Limitations
Referrers:
- Are not authorized to act as agents, brokers, or representatives of AgentLink or its partner agencies;
- Must not advertise or market properties;
- Must not provide advice or negotiate on behalf of clients;
- Must not collect commissions or fees from clients directly.
- Must not misrepresent themselves as licensed brokers/agencies (unless they are)
3.4 Reward Structure
If a transaction results from a referred Lead and is completed by a partner agency, AgentLink may issue a marketing incentive payment to the Referrer, from its own share of the net commission received. The amount and timing of such payment will depend on transaction verification and eligibility conditions. AgentLink reserves the right to decline or disqualify duplicate or ineligible referrals
4) Compliance
All participants must comply with applicable UAE laws and regulations. AgentLink reserves the right to suspend or deny any reward if these terms are violated or if the referral activity constitutes unauthorized brokerage under RERA law.

This Referral Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between AgentLink LLC, a technology platform operating in the United Arab Emirates (“AgentLink”), and the undersigned Referrer (“Referrer”), collectively referred to as the “Parties.”
